Frequently Asked Questions
Tap the + button on the home screen, fill in the property details including address, type, room count, and size, then save.
Open a property, scroll to the Rooms section, tap the + icon, select the room type, enter a name and optional details like size and notes, then save.
Navigate to a room, tap the + button, fill in the item details including name, category, condition, and photos, then save. The item will be added to that room.
Go to your property details, tap 'Share Property', enter the tenant's email address, and send the invitation. They will receive an email to accept.
Navigate to the item, tap 'Add Owner Condition' or 'Add Tenant Condition', add photos and notes describing the condition, then save.

Yes! We use Firebase's industry-standard encryption and security measures. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Go to Settings, scroll down to the Danger Zone section, and tap 'Delete Account'. You'll need to enter your password to confirm. Warning: This action is permanent and will delete all your data including properties, items, documents, and photos.
